We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders from our international fulfillment hubs in China directly to our central distribution office in Kampala, Uganda. There are absolutely no hidden customs clearance fees, import duties, or cargo taxes passed onto the customer.2. Transit Times & Order Processing
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Air Cargo Transit Time: 20 to 60 business days from China to Kampala.
Please note that international logistics can occasionally experience minor delays due to customs clearance or flight schedules. We appreciate your patience as we source your premium daily essentials.3. Local Arrival, Phone Call & Pick-up Process
We do not offer direct home delivery via international mail. Instead, we operate an efficient, localized pick-up model:
- The Phone Call: The exact day your package clears customs and safely arrives at our Kampala station, our team will call you directly using the phone number you provided at checkout.
- Pick-Up Station: You can collect your package for free from our designated central Kampala location.
- Optional Local Delivery: If you cannot make it to our pick-up hub, our team can help you coordinate a local Boda-Boda delivery to your exact stage or office building. Please note that the local Boda-Boda rider fee is paid directly by the customer upon delivery.
4. Accurate Contact Information
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that a valid, active Ugandan phone number (MTN or Airtel) is provided at checkout. If we cannot reach you by phone after multiple attempts over 30 days, your order may be subject to cancellation or a storage fee.
