REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Important Dailies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we deal in premium everyday essentials, wellness tools, and cosmetic accessories, we enforce a strict 14-day return window.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging (including the protective OPP bag/box).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened cosmetics, personal health monitors that have been used against the skin, or any item not in its original condition due to customer handling.
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service line. You will be required to bring the item back to our Kampala pick-up hub for inspection. The customer is responsible for any local transportation or Boda costs incurred to return the item to our station.
3. Refunds & Mobile Money Reversals
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a digital transfer will be sent directly to your original MTN MoMo or Airtel Money wallet via Flutterwave within 3–5 business days.
